HOUSE OF DA'ZIRE SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with House of Da'zire.

All orders are processed and shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are ordered directly from our vendor.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for pre-order items to arrive from our vendor before your order is shipped.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard Shipping –  Calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping – Available at checkout when applicable

Please allow at least one week for orders to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

House of Da'zire is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Delays related to vendor fulfillment of pre-order items
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
